Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for Zyro VPN Premium subscriptions.
All Zyro VPN Premium purchases are processed securely by Google Play. Billing, cancellations, and refunds are therefore handled under Google Play's terms.
1. Subscriptions & auto-renewal
- Premium is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly, quarterly, 6-month, or yearly).
- Your chosen plan renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel.
- Your Google Account is charged through Google Play at confirmation of purchase.
2. How to cancel
You can cancel anytime — cancelling stops future renewals while keeping Premium until the end of the current paid period:
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Select Zyro VPN and tap Cancel subscription.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are governed by the Google Play refund policy. You can request a refund directly from Google Play (Order history → the purchase → Request a refund / Report a problem).
- Google may grant a full refund within 48 hours of purchase; later requests are at Google's (and our) discretion.
- Because we do not process or store your payment details, refunds must go through Google Play.
4. Free trials / introductory offers
If a plan includes a free trial or intro price, cancel before it ends to avoid being charged. Unused trial time is forfeited on cancellation.
