Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Zyro VPN app and website. By downloading, accessing, or using Zyro VPN, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) and able to form a binding contract to use Zyro VPN.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Zyro VPN to:

• Break any law or regulation, or infringe others' rights.
• Distribute malware, spam, or conduct hacking, fraud, or denial-of-service attacks.
• Access, distribute, or store illegal content (including content harmful to minors).
• Resell, abuse, or overload the service or its servers.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Free and Premium service

Zyro VPN offers a free tier and paid Premium plans. Free servers are provided on a best-effort basis and may vary in availability and speed. Premium plans offer additional, higher-performance servers and features. All tiers use encrypted connections.

5. Premium subscriptions

• Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription billed through Google Play.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel anytime in Google Play → Subscriptions. See our Refund Policy.
• Prices and plans may change; changes apply to future billing periods.

6. Service availability

We work to keep Zyro VPN running smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. A VPN improves privacy but does not make you completely anonymous or immune to all threats.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zyro VPN and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

You may stop using Zyro VPN and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
